KENNY ROGERS AND

"ROLLIN ON THE RIVER"

The TV show ROLLIN' (abbreviated from a television special titled ROLLIN' ON THE RIVER designed to highlight the talents of Kenny Rogers) ran from 1971 to 1973, and featured some stunning performances from a variety of diverse artists. Presented by the drummer for Rogers' former band--Mickey Jones--the show threw caution to the wind, and produced a genre-hopping wonder of a program which wasn't afraid to stand traditional C&W artists next to cutting edge R&B performers. This release offers a flavor of the show, with 14 performances exorcised from the archives, dusted off, and presented to the world once again. Among them are vintage delights from Al Green, Kenny Rogers, Ike and Tina Turner, Jim Croce, and many others.

ABOUT REMEMBER THE 70S

Long before Kenny Rogers achieved pop and country superstardom, he was a member of the late-'60s group The First Edition, which had five Top 40 hits, including "Ruby, Don't Take Your Love to Town" and "Just Dropped in (To See What Condition My Condition Was In)." This success led to the airing of a November 1970 television special, "Rollin' On The River," hosted by Kenny Rogers and the First Edition. The response was so overwhelming that CBS turned it into a weekly music/variety show.

From 1971 to 1973 "Rollin'" (as the show was renamed) was a showcase for the hottest musical talent of the time.  The best performances from the show are collected for the first time on Remember the '70s: Greatest Hits Live.  Hosted by Mickey Jones, drummer for Kenny Rogers and the First Edition, these 14 beautifully restored selections from the "Rollin'" archives still cast a powerful spell.

Our air purifiers with cutting edge technology are the very best in the world. In fact after the 9/11 attacks on the pentagon, these machines were used to clean the air of harmful toxins.
It is also the same technology used onboard the space shuttle to provide Astronauts with clean air.

Our water purification systems are among the worlds best. Single faucet or whole home systems are available, recently featured in Success Magazine (Feb 2006)

Send me an Email for more info and a free 3 day trial of our finest air purifier.
